Dental compliance is a field that is evolving and often updated. Passion Dental will train and educate your clinical team members on all federal and state compliance regulations as well as provide the required written policies and procedures. Passion Dental will also help designate your office's compliance coordinator and will perform regular internal auditing and monitor practices for quality control and assurance. Maintaining standards of compliance is fundamental to each dental practice.

Once a doctor is hired, we have a dedicated team that will handle the credentialing process in which dentists become affiliated with insurance companies.
Our directors and Hygiene area managers will be on call, available and ready to help and train the team members in your office. Although virtual training can be efficient, nothing replaces shoulder to shoulder training when necessary. Patients will be invited to rate their experience following their appointments. While we celebrate great reviews , we won’t let the bad ones define us but rather refine us. Our operation team works hard at learning and refining our systems on a daily basis.
The Billing/Revenue Cycle
The Billing/Revenue Cycle management Team will file claims, post payments, review outstanding insurances and/or personal claims. The team will also provides valuable reporting around accounts receivable and denials. The billing Team is an extension of your office working behind the scenes to enable you to focus on what matters most; your patients.
